In this University of Wisconsin-Madison program, leading experts from Donna Shalalaa, former secretary for the department of health and human services, to Barry Carpenter, president of the National Meat Association, executive director of the National Meat Association, look at US National School Lunch Program as a case study to weigh in on food safety within the food supply chain.
